My second post for Zomtober. M y aim will be to do more than the minimum but its a bit busy at the moment. My second subject is an old Citadel Zombie C18  Deadringer  square based although as I said I am toying with  moving him to a circle base as most of my other  stuff is already on circles. That is why there is no flock. Painted the same time as the last entry he is newly dead with a normal flesh tone and dripping blood, with a lot of his skin torn off free showing skeletal arms. Just a few pictures of some recent painting. The Mordehime necromancer as part of the Mordheim undead warband I am finishing off. I received this as a gift from Mark of the Level 2 Blog. Followed by an Otherwold undead Halfling. This si the final one of the 3 undead non human Otherworld currently produce, again to be used for the mordheim warband. However these 3 figures are significantly smaller than the mix of GW and Westwind I am using for the remainder of the warband.  Finally an old Runequest Duck painted on behalf of Mark. I think he looks better in the flesh. He is so small that he is almost a 15mm miniature.

It has been another very busy month at work with 10 days overseas and in that time I transferred my study upstairs. However I did manage to get a couple of figures painted an Elven and a dwarven zombie, both looking like they pass some resemblance to certain characters from LOTR. A good set of figures which will be added to my Undead Mordheim warband which is 5 figures short of completion, The Undead Elf Searches the abandoned camp. I also recently bought a batch of Dwarven Forge terrain having wanted to run rpg dungeons with a full set of terrain for over 30 years. So far I have done little more than glance at it but hopefully over the next week it will be coming out of the box. So far I am very impressed at the quality.

Can not seem to get the right colour for my skeletons. Heres some I have painted recently of various vintage going back to an early citadel release.Some of them are the old Maruader miniatures range FTS10 Skeleton hacking with Sword Rackham MIniatures Skeleton

Painted on the back of a colour suggestions from a GW employee, but underocated white for a change. Bases are resin castings bought of the web.
